Barebells has been making functional snacks and drinks since 2016, offering a wide range of protein-rich alternatives to conventional snacks, breakfast and desserts - without ever compromising on flavour. Barebells was founded in Sweden and quickly gained a market-leading position there. Today, Barebells is available in around 40 countries worldwide.

Unfortunately, we are not currently selling our Barebells clothing and merchandise. It is only made available to our ambassadors, athletes and team members.

Just as important as providing the Netherlands with great snacks is offsetting the carbon emissions caused by transport, and taking care of the communities we operate in and the people who are part of them. We work continuously to reduce our climate impact by closely monitoring everything from production, transport, storage, offices and business travel to the waste created by our packaging. Emissions we have not yet been able to reduce we offset via a zero-emission renewable-energy project in Hindustan, India. The project uses renewable natural resources, leading to sustainable economic and ecological development. The project is certified by the UN Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and the independent Gold Standard.

No, no Barebells product contains palm oil.

Physical activity causes higher protein consumption through increased muscle activity. Very strenuous physical activity can cause tiny micro-injuries in the muscle that need to be “repaired”. Proteins support the body both in growth and in the maintenance of muscle mass - that is why it is important to consume enough protein when you are physically active.

Our different products are manufactured in different facilities within the EU.

Barebells offers protein-enriched snacks in five different categories: protein bars, vegan protein bars and milkshakes.

Barebells products contain no added sugar.

Barebells protein-rich products are the perfect snack for any occasion, as they deliver quick, tasty energy with no added sugar. They are especially suitable as a snack before, between or after training sessions, as they are enriched with protein.

Barebells' high-protein bars and shakes are the right snack for anyone who wants to treat themselves to something delicious.

Barebells products are high in protein and have no added sugar. Further information on energy or other nutrition facts can be found in the ingredient lists on the product pages in the shop or on the packaging of the relevant product.

All Barebells bars contain nuts or may contain traces of nuts. This is also indicated on every package. Barebells milkshakes do not contain nuts.

Barebells bars may contain traces of gluten. Barebells Vegan Protein Bar Caramel Peanut contains wheat protein. Other Barebells products do not contain gluten.

All Barebells milkshakes are lactose free. Other products may contain traces of lactose. If in doubt, please always check the allergens on the relevant packaging.

Barebells vegan protein bars are completely vegan. We use soy, pea, wheat and rice as protein sources. All other Barebells products are not vegan.

No, Barebells protein bars are not kosher certified.

Which Barebells products are halal? With a few exceptions, Barebells protein bars are halal certified. Please note: Newly introduced flavours may still be in the certification process. Barebells milkshakes are all halal certified.

The shelf life of the products varies from product category to product category. The best before date is always printed on the outside of the packaging.
